Rosemount™ CT4215 Packaging Leak Detection System
The Rosemount CT4215 is an in-line system that accurately tests 100% of food and beverage product packages going through the production lines to ensure seal integrity. This system measures up to 200 packs per minute, detects trace gases from defective packs, and instantly rejects them without disrupting production. Engineered with patented Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) technology and designed with a small footprint, it is easy to install and configure, and offers lifetime low maintenance costs.
Cascade™ CT2211 Aerosol Microleak Detection System
Cascade CT2211 aerosol microleak detection system uses Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) technology to instananeously detect and reject leaking cans moving down the production line at a rate of up to 220 cans per minute. Installed directly online without disrupting the production process, the CT2211 can detect a wide range of propellants including LPG, R134a, CO2, N2O, and DME.
Cascade™ CT2211 Aerosol Microleak Detection System
QCL technology is based on a principle called Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), which measures the concentration of species in gaseous mixtures using tunable diode lasers and laser absorption spectrometry. Compared to other measurement techniques, such as Paramagnetic Detectors (PMD) and Chemiluminescence, TDLAS offers multi-element detection capabilities, high accuracy with a wide dynamic range, low maintenance requirements, and a long life cycle.
